Green Garden Grows Seed Giveaway  2025 – Terms of Service

Effective Date: 7/6/25 - 8/7/25
By participating in the Green Garden Grows Cannabis Seed Giveaway, you agree to the following Terms of Service. This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

1. Eligibility
• Open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older.
• Must be a legal resident of a U.S. state where cannabis seeds are legal to possess and receive by mail.
• Participants must complete all required steps as outlined in the Giveaway instructions to be eligible to win.
• Each step you complete gives you +1 entry, sharing can be completed multiple times and you will get +1 entry each time you share the giveaway.

2. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, you must: 
• Follow Green Garden Grows on Facebook.
• Like the official Giveaway post.
• Comment yor favorite strain &Tag at least 2 friends in the comments.
• (Bonus Entry) Share the giveaway to your story or feed.

📌 IMPORTANT: Your entry is only valid if all steps are completed correctly. Partial entries will not be accepted.

3. Prize
• One (1) winner will receive: the grand prize of $50 plus 12 pack of Cinderella Truffles feminized photoperiod
• Two (2) winners will receive: 6 pack of Cinderella Truffles feminized photoperiod. No purchase necessary.
 
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

4. Winner Selection
• Winner will be selected at random from qualifying entries who have completed all steps.
• Winner will be contacted via direct message or email (as applicable).
• Winner must respond within 48 hours or a new winner will be chosen.

5. Shipping & Legal Compliance
• Seeds will be shipped only to addresses in states where cannabis seeds are legal to possess.
• By entering, you affirm that it is legal to receive seeds at your address and that you will not use them in any way that violates local or federal law.

6. Disqualification
Green Garden Grows reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
• Fails to complete all required steps.
• Submits false or misleading information.
• Uses bots or automated entries.

7. Privacy
By entering, you agree to our Privacy Policy and allow Green Garden Grows to contact you regarding the Giveaway and related promotions. Your personal information will never be sold.

8. Limitation of Liability
Green Garden Grows is not responsible for:
• Lost, late, or misdirected entries.
• Shipping delays or issues beyond our control.
• Legal consequences resulting from misuse or possession of seeds.
